Very cozy and comfy equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Neighborhood boat launch right down the street, and 6 Mile boat launch a mile further down Hwy 87 if you would want to park at the launch.

It has an inground, private pool, shady back porch with plenty of seating, spacious fenced-in yard, and it's right on the lake!
