Penitent Canyon, La Garita, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, 4wheeling, ATV trails, snowmobiling, skiing (Wolf Creek is 50 min drive). It has a canal running by in the summer. We offer a Self-serve breakfast with home-made yogurt, home-made granola, home-made bread for toast, local grown organic eggs, (hot coffee, chocolate, tea) on request.

My place is about 15 to 20 minutes to restaurants and family-friendly activities in Salida. We are about 30 minutes to Mount Princeton Hot Springs and 30 minutes to Monarch Ski Resort. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). We also have a propane grill for you to use.
