Welcome to our modern and centrally located guesthouse. Our contemporary guesthouse is perfect for short or long-term stays both business and leisure travellers. We welcome infants (still sleeping in a cot) with a change of $30 per day. Enjoy being just a 4 minute walk from the centre of Perth's best restaurant strip. Centrally located, it is a 10 minute bus ride to the city centre. By car, it's approx 10 minutes to Curtin Uni or Optus Stadium, 20 minutes to Perth Airport, 25 minutes to Cottesloe Beach or Lesmurdie Falls. You'll recognise the house by the native garden inspired by local walking trails.
