Profitez d'un logement élégant et central, proche de tous commerces, bars, restaurants, places, dans le centre historique. Vue vers la Dronne et sur le château. A 500 mètres du camping et de la plage, terrain de tennis, canoé kayak et de plusieurs sentiers de randonnées vers les communes voisines. La maison dispose d'une salle à manger, cuisine et WC au RDC et à l'étage un balcon avec une vue panoramique, salle d'eau, toilettes, une chambre parental et deux petites chambres pour trois enfants.

Le Moulin de Papalis: un endroit ou se ressourcer

Ce moulin du 18ème a été réhabilité en maison de 180m2 avec une capacité de 8 personnes. Le bien est composé d'une cuisine, d'un atelier avec billard, une terrasse, séjour, salon, 4 chambres dont une chambre avec douche et une salle de bain. Le jardin est composé d'îles reliés par des ponts. Durant votre séjour, vous aurez l'occasion de pratiquer la pêche, la baignade, le canoë, le ping pong.... Je tiens à préciser qu'il s'agit d'un moulin construit sur un bief dans un milieu naturel préservé.

Maison individuelle située dans le Sud Charente à proximité d'Aubeterre Sur Dronne, village touristique, à deux pas de la Dordogne. Traversé par la rivière "La Dronne" le lieu est très agréable et arboré. Le logement est calme et fonctionnel. Il se compose d'une pièce de vie, d'une chambre et d'une salle de bain. A l'extérieur, une terrasse et la pelouse non clôturée, vous attendent pour vous relaxer sur des transats. Un salon de jardin et un barbecue électrique sont à votre disposition.

The Old Bank - Apartment Two

A lovingly renovated and sun filled apartment in the old bank. Sitting on the top floor of the bank, this apartment allows for stunning panoramic views. Your front door is just a few strides from the square, with a butchers, bakers, shop, tabac, bars and restaurants. A short stroll down the hill will bring you to the Subterranean Church and then a little way on is the River Dronne which has a beach and grass area to its side, not forgetting the bar/cafe which is open all through summer.

There is a little shop less than a mile away in the historic village of Saint Privat des prés.
