Sylvan Beach is a 5 minute drive for great dining and night life. A short 5 minute walk will take you to Verona Beach State Park for great family picnic or romantic walk on the beach at sunset. There is a fire pit outside by the shed that is shared with basement efficiency rooms. Please note that wildlife is abundant here outside the home.
