Relaxing Spanish Stunner House near the Queen Mary

Sink into the leather sofa under a triangular wood-framed picture window and admire the art and colorful rugs that fill this Spanish-style home. Outside, take a dip in the shared splash pool, relax on the sunny patio, or gather around the fire pit. Please note, there is a guest house in the backyard. The backyard is a common area amongst guests. The splash pool is small, only 3.5 feet deep. All guests must use their discretion in practicing social distancing. This space is a classic Spanish style house built in 1932, but has been completely renovated with all new everything. We are nestled in the heart of the historic Wrigley neighborhood in Long Beach. A fully equipped kitchen, crisp linens (hypoallergenic), towels, games, and Netflix await you. You'll find coffee, tea, water, and some rotating treats floating around. You'll also love the 56 inch 4k Smart LED television. Jet to downtown, the beach, Bixby Knolls, Cal Heights or Belmont Shore within minutes. Several culturally diverse restaurants with fantastic food, and amazing coffee shops, sprinkled around the neighborhood just a short drive away. -The Spanish House has a completely detached small guest house in the rear of the yard called "The Little Bungalow" that is also an airbnb. Other than that the whole front main house is entirely yours and private! -The pool and fire pit are common areas, but you can use them at any time. -You will be given a temporary access code for the front door prior to your arrival. Please note, the door locks automatically upon exit, so you'll need to enter the access code each time. You may see me out and about in the back yard at times, feel free to come and say hello. Sometimes I make friends and we chat outside around the fire pit, sometimes I'm away. However, I will respect your privacy and our level of interaction will be organic. If you have any questions during your stay, don't hesitate to message me! The home is in a culturally and architecturally diverse neighborhood of Long Beach. Shops and restaurants are about five or six blocks away, so it is easier to bike, drive, or ride-share instead of walking to attractions. The beach, aquarium, Queen Mary, and convention center are all about 2.5-3 miles away. Some people bicycle, but I recommend driving/UBER/Lyft to get to most places. 1) There is one airbnb called "The Little Bungalow" located in the back of the yard. This is entirely separate with it's own entrance. 2) The Spanish House has its own private parking in the front driveway. 3) The main backyard is a common area, for all guests to share and use the pool, and fire pit. 4) The pool guy comes early Friday mornings for 15 minute maintenance. 5) The gardeners come Wednesdays for 1 hour maintenance.

Casita Clemente, ocean views

San Clemente ocean view beach condo, your home away from home, located in the "Pier Bowl" resort area and near downtown for restaurants/pubs/shopping/business district, We're within 600 feet of the beach, pier, and the famous Fisherman's Restaurant and bar - they have an early diners menu during the week - always great for viewing sunsets. Additional restaurants are across from the pier- The Pierside ( delicious fine dining), La Galetta Creperie (Yum!), Bear Cost coffee and pastry shop, a coffee and ice cream shop, a small convenience store and gift shop are all there in the pier area. There is a beautiful scenic walking trail right along the beach. It's about a 1 1/2 miles to north beach and about the same distance south to Calafia beach. Unit is located in a small condo complex, in a quiet neighborhood, 1 bedroom one bath unit, fully furnished, kitchen equipped. Elevator from garage to each floor. Laundry facility available in parking garage, one space for parking .The swimming pool is right out the front door for an alternate to the beach, bar-b-que in the pool area. Utensils for bar-b-que in drawer under oven. Friendly people, stress-free living, and near I-5 for quick access to San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles. Amtrak and Metrolink rail service within one block for added convenience. Additional amenities: ice chests, beach chairs, boogie boards, lounge chair, beach towels provided. Residence is located approximately 25 minutes from John Wayne Airport, Orange County, CA.
