Wake up to the Lake breeze in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath beautiful and spacious lake house steps away from your private dock all to your self in Coldspring on Lake Livingston! (Unfortunately no watercraft is allowed on or near the dock due to HOA rules) The house features a huge living room for guests to unwind after a day in the lake and a beautiful lake view deck to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise in the morning . Home is located in nice, quiet subdivision south of Livingston.

Nestled on the tip of a cove you have all the views of the open water without the hustle and bustle of boats interrupting your swimming, kayaking or fishing. Sandbar across the canal is a popular spot! Two bedrooms accommodate up to 6 people. Open concept kitchen and living room provide all the space you’ll need for eating and cooking. Snuggle up on the couch to read a book with a calming Lakeview in view.

Willow Springs Cabin is a 960 sqft cabin on three acres of wooded land. Purposefully designed with couples in mind to relax, reconnect and make new discoveries. Kick back and relax in this thoughtfully furnished and designed cabin near Lake Livingston (2nd largest lake in TX)! Come here to picnic or take a canoe (available to rent) out into the lake! You can also fish here all year round! Community pool/gym/dock/boat ramp/picnic area available within walking distance (~5 blocks away - Cabin is not on the water, see map). You'll love this cabin and lake! We live nearby and can answer any questions/share recommendations. We look forward to hosting you!

This is the perfect couple retreat. Fish, use the paddle boat or bring your kayak, great birding and photo opportunities. Slow down and relax and reconnect with nature and each other. This is a simple cabin. Clean, comfortable and great views from every window. It is raised so there are stairs inside and out. Once upstairs you feel like you are staying in a tree house. There is currently no internet available.

Secluded 33 Acres, Private Pond and Trails

Enjoy private use of 33 acres surrounding a secluded pond near Lake Livingston. From the hilltop porch enjoy the view of the valley flowing into the pond, wander trails through the woods, sunbathe on the dock, quietly paddle with a line in the water, or simply settle in with a book by the fire pit. We are grateful to be able to share our family getaway with you and hope the memories you make last a lifetime!

It is a beautiful cabin, within the Sam houston national forest, with a farm concept, ideal for adventurous travelers, who seek freedom in nature, has Wi-Fi in the outdoor area, directv, grill, outdoor wood stove, fire pit and more, hot water, has a Texan decoration, you can hear the sounds of birds, roosters, and all farm animals, have fresh eggs breakfast.

Private lakefront retreat

Cabin is on a lakefront and the view is amazing! Great for fishing, kayaking, and swimming. There will be free use of boats and fishing equipment. Inside the cabin is a collection of dvd movies and games for entertainment. Also, the neighborhood has a private beach (white sands) that is about 15 minute walk away.

This adorable, well-appointed tiny home, situated in a quiet neighborhood, comes complete with everything you will need for a relaxing getaway. You will have access to the private boat launch, fishing pier and covered picnic area only a block away so bring your fishing gear, boat or water toys.
