La Terrazza di Vittoria è un delizioso monolocale su un unico livello immerso nel silenzio e nel verde. È situato a pochi metri dalla casa padronale e a soli 2 km da Città della Pieve. L’ampio giardino che circonda l’abitazione è una terrazza naturale sul Lago Trasimeno. È arricchito da una pergola dotata di tavolo e barbecue a disposizione per i vostri pasti in totale relax. Al suo interno, in uno spazio di 40mq, si trova un letto matrimoniale, una poltrona letto, un bagno e cucina attrezzata.

Edificio bioecologico in doppia classe A, energetica ed ambientale, costituito da due appartamenti, uno al piano terra e l'altro al piano primo. Viene locato quello al piano primo, costituito da ingresso indipendente, Cucina/pranzo/soggiorno,terrazza,camera matrimoniale e bagno. Vista lago a 180 gradi, con piscina e spazio verde esterno. La piscina è privata ed è condivisa con la proprietà. SE IL PERIODO DA VOI SCELTO FOSSE OCCUPATO, CONTATTATEMI, TROVEREMO UNA SOLUZIONE

Casolare immerso nella natura

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

Casa del Passerino

Appartamento inserito all'interno di un palazzo storico di Cortona, collocabile nel 1500, con vista sulla piazza principale della città... La nostra struttura, pur condannando la guerra, si dissocia da tutti i comportamenti razzisti verso la popolazione russa e bielorussa. A Casa del Passerino le persone di queste nazionalità sono ben accette e saranno considerate alla stregua di tutte le altre. Vi aspettiamo in Toscana!

You can relax in a completely quiet location while being able to reach the medieval town in about 15 mins. Next to the house, a big infinity salt pool pours water on the beautiful panorama you will share your stay with.

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.

Casa Belvedere is 10 minute drive from the center of Cortona. Is located along an old Roman road and enjoys a spectacular view of Cortona. Equipped cooking, 2 double room, 2 bathrooms, sofa bed, large garden with provides all the comforts to relax, sunbathe and have lunch under the pergola, enjoying the view of Cortona and the Val di Chiana.
