Studio, Courtyard Cottage, Knockbrex, Borgue

This unique studio is part of a house on a charming old stable block surrounded by idyllic countryside. Situated on a private estate which was split up in the 50's, located on the shores of the Solway Firth. It is cosy and rustic with genorous proportions, a well equipped kitchen and a wood burning stove. We are close to stunning beaches and mountains with lots of local activities and amazing walks. We have a small garden with a picnic bench for alfresco entertaining, weather permitting!

This is the perfect compromise between a cottage and a glamping pod! It's tiny, but timeless, with the emphasis on comfort and relaxation. You know your holiday has begun as soon as you arrive at Carrick Shore. It's beautiful sea views and restful atmosphere create a holiday to remember. Tucked away on the beautiful Galloway Coast in the South West of Scotland, this delightful pine chalet has all the comforts for a relaxed break. Set in its own grounds, this chalet is part of a group of beach houses, a stones throw from the sea. You just need to step out onto the decking to enjoy the views and interact with the local wildlife.

It is situated on the edge of the UK's first Dark Sky Park and situated on the South Coast 300 route. Completely self-contained with its own private entrance and outdoor space, it offers peace, privacy and relaxation. The light-filled bedroom sits within the eaves and features large Velux windows with sea views, perfect for stargazing beneath the dark skies of Sandgreen. Just a short stroll from the beach and coastal walks, ideal for couples and their four-legged friend.

Carrick Shore, Coastal home private entry to beach

Spacious beach house with private enclosed garden, ample parking area with private access down to the beach. Well equipped for family life. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. TV and Wifi. Plenty of games and books etc for the young ones. Carrick Bay has plenty of opportunities to fish, swim, walk, cycle, sail, canoe, windsurf or paddle board. Or of course just chill with a cold drink and stargaze. Friday check in, 3 night minimum booking in winter months and minimum 7 days from April to November.

Shell Cottage

Nestled in the tranquil hamlet of Portyerrock near the Isle of Whithorn, Shell Cottage offers a serene retreat with direct access to a pebbly beach and captivating sea views. This charming, single-level former farm worker's cottage comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a super king-size bed and patio doors opening directly onto the garden with bay views, and two additional bedrooms each furnished with twin single beds.

The Potager Tree House

Situated within the vegetable garden five feet up. Unfortunately, not suitable for disabled access. There is a tree coming up through the balcony which gets full sun in the morning for breakfast alfresco. Living area is small and quirky but with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Outside there is a BBQ, a wood fired whiskey barrel hot tub and enough coals and logs provided for one night. The garden is secure and dog friendly. Private entry and parking.

Secluded cottage in elevated position with amazing views. Recently added garden room onto the existing cottage enables spectacular 360 panoramic views over Wigtown Bay. It is perfect for families or two couples, garden is fully enclosed (except for determined dogs). Kids have space to make dens, climb trees or toast marshmallows. In summer relax on the patio, In winter curl up with a book or board game and enjoy the stunning views from the cosy interior.
