2:1 Bunkroom Bungalow - Run Down Area

Caution: Several Guests have noted and given low reviews due to the neighborhood: "neighborhood was run down" "surrounding area was a little uncomfortable" "unfortunately, the area that kills the charm of the unit" This bungalow is an 8 minutes uber to downtown. "The neighborhood was better than it appears and we did not feel unsafe during our stay" The house is not in a gentrified neighborhood. There are nicer listings in nicer areas at a higher price point. This house is a budget option.

Relax in our massage chair at sunset and enjoy this intentionally cozy, fully renovated, like new home in Cherrydale only 3 miles to Downtown Greenville, Bon Secours Wellness Arena for concerts, hockey and events, and 4 miles to Furman University, Bob Jones University and the Greenville Aquatic Complex. It is a block from shopping, the Regal movie theatre, Crunch Fitness and several new Restaurants. It's a walkable area. The Swamp Rabbit Trail and Downtown Travelers Rest is also nearby.

Located in a quiet space with parking right beside the cottage. We are a straight shot to downtown Greenville in about 7 minutes. I listen to my awesome guests and have made a few recent updates: new electrical outlets in bathroom, new larger hot water heater for longer showers and now a Kitchen is equipped with a cusinart oven, induction top/microwave

It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.
