House with first quality finishes in all spaces, lounge carefully worked with modernist tiles made by Gaudí, kitchen Bulthaup, upstairs suite with rustic natural oak wood flooring, sleeping area with king-size bed, bathroom with original ceiling… It is a vintage house completely renovated with lots of light all day and with a large garden of 350 m2 to enjoy the relaxing area in the middle of the trees. Very close to the train station and only 15 minutes from Barcelona both by car and by train.

This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.

Ideally situated for visiting the city’s main attractions, the apartment is very well connected by metro, buses, and taxis, making it easy to get anywhere in Barcelona.

The cozy house has 5 rooms (2 quadruple and 3 doubles) and 2 bathrooms AC in living room and main bedroom

Located in the heart of the Gràcia neighborhood, a cultural, cool and authentic neighborhood. Close to Diamant Plaça. Singular flat at street level in the heart of the bohemian Gràcia district. It has it's own patio, where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinners or a quiet drink after a day in the hectic city life. The house, since1850, has 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with double bed (one is small) 1 bedroom with 1 single bed.

Barcelona-Park Güell Apartment with Private Garden

Studio with a lot of charm perfect for couples in love or for solo-voyagers in the neighbourhood of Gràcia-La Salut, in a very quiet area, 500 meters far from Park Güell and very close to Sagrada Familia, well connected to the city center by both bus & subway.
