Hola, me llamó Gerard. Soy el anfitrión de @MYHOMEPARATI. 👋 Me gusta darles la intimidad que se merecen los huéspedes con su propia casa de invitados totalmente reformada en enero de 2024. Podrás disfrutar del espacio exterior para descansar así como de la piscina de uso privado durante la estancia. (Pero hay un poco de visiblidad exterior) Estacionamiento gratuito en el interior de la finca. La vivienda esta situada a 15 minutos de Barcelona y a pocos kilómetros de playas y otros centros.

Bonito apartamento con terraza y balcón a 15min (metro) de Sagrada Familia, 20min del centro de Barcelona(Passeig de Gracia), 15min andando hasta la playa. Muy bien comunicado con Metro-Bus-Tranvia-Tren. Terraza 75m con muebles(sofá, sillones, mesas) y plantas para un descanso placentero. Apartamento muy luminoso limpio y confortable con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. La zona es muy tranquila con cafeterías, bares y buenos restaurantes a buen precio. Parking municipal gratis muy cerca.
