Welcome to Santa Fe! This charming studio cottage and my home share the property in this quiet residential neighborhood. The cottage is full of Santa Fe charm with a cozy, pretty interior, skylights and lots of natural light, a fully-stocked kitchen corner, handmade cabinets, Mexican tile, one comfy queen-sized bed, and a private garden patio. It's a quiet haven but centrally located, just 2 miles from the Plaza/downtown. It's a lovely place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Escape to the countryside in our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house nestled on 9 acres of private land just outside Santa Fe. Relax on the front or back deck surrounded by juniper trees and stunning sunsets. Inside, enjoy an open kitchen, cozy fireplace, and a luxurious soaking tub. Explore nearby breweries (Beer Creek, Mine Shaft, SF Brewing), or venture in to Santa Fe or the eclectic town of Madrid, both just 10 minutes away. Please note: The Santa Fe Plaza/Downtown is about 20 minutes away.

Adjacent to Cerrillos Hills State Park for hiking, biking, birding and horseback rides. Only 3 miles to the "art town" of Madrid, 14 miles to Santa Fe.

Poised on 10 beautiful acres with mountain views, you will be 17 miles from Santa Fe, 2 miles from the charming little village of Los Cerrillos, and 5 miles from the popular artsy mining town of Madrid. You can hike right out the door, and enjoy out-of-this-world star gazing, and amazing sunrises and sunsets!

Excellent for a special retreat, an amazing rest-stop or as a launch site into any of Northern New Mexico’s remarkable destinations. Not for children under 7 years old or pets.

This is a cozy and beautiful space walking distance to restaurants and galleries. The van has everything you need and is decorated with modern Santa Fe touches. The van is insulated and has a warm heater for the winter months. *We are built a ADU in the backyard, and have added some updated photos. The van is parked in our backyard with a porch for watching the sunset, an outdoor grill and fire pit. You have private access to bathroom, shower and laundry room in the main house.
