It´s a perfect place to work, relax, to surf & do yoga. Super fast fiber optic internet. Super close to town, but also up enough to not be bothered by it`s dust and noise. Only a 3 min. walk to the main road, where you can find supermarkets and restaurants. Only 5 walking to the famous surf beach Playa Carmen.

One studio of a set of 7. The studio is equipped with all you need to make your stay wonderful. Blue is on the top floor, so you need to climb up a flight of stairs. Steps from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, but private enough for you to feel at ease. ! Each studio has A/C, hot water, 100 mbps wifi fiber optic, desk, private bathroom, kitchen and balcony!
