La struttura, 80mq, si trova di fronte al verde brillante della villa comunale e a 10 metri dal belvedere di Porta Messina, punto panoramico affacciato sulle Isole Eolie. The apartment (120m²) is located in a XVIII century building, just next to the cathedral and close to the sea. It offers an amazing view of Cefalù and an incomparable position. 2 King Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a huge living and dining room, a living kitchen and a private laundry.

The farm is equipped with all the comforts to relax, disconnect from everyday stress and provides all the services to make children happy or to work remotely. You can also visit the ancient olive oil mill located on the property (free of charge).
