A casa é constituída por dois quartos de dormir, duas casas de banho, cozinha, sala de estar, pátio, jardim exterior e local de estacionamento de viatura. No andar superior situa-se um quarto amplo com cama de casal, casa de banho privativa e pátio exterior com vista mar. No piso térreo, existe outro quarto de dormir com duas camas individuais, casa de banho com duche, cozinha equipada e sala de estar com sofá-cama, TV e rede Wi-Fi. O jardim e o pátio exterior proporcionam um ambiente calmo e relaxante com vista mar, onde pode fazer a sua refeição em família ou simplesmente relaxar e desfrutar da excelente exposição solar e da vista.
