There are two beds-one comfortable queen and a cozy twin; hardwood floors throughout; the kitchen has granite counters, new appliances and a raised eating bar; separate dining table and work desk; bathroom is fully tiled with a glass enclosed shower. Central HVAC.Two off-street parking spaces are yours, along with a shared fenced yard and a separate coded entry for security.

Welcome to our cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located in the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs! Our charming apartment is the perfect place to stay for your visit to this historic city. Our location is unbeatable - we are just steps away from the best restaurants, cafes, and shops that downtown Saratoga has to offer. The Saratoga Race Course and Saratoga Performing Arts Center are just a short drive away. If booking on the weekends, there is excess noise due to its downtown location.

Picturesque location on farmland with views of the mountains. We are a micro farm. Wake up and watch the sunrise and go for a short hike on the property, and get to know the animals. We are located 35 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY and 45 minutes from Dorset and Manchester, VT. Hike the Adirondack or Green Mountains, paddle the streams or go to a nearby small city for a play, a festival, or a concert. There is a long list of things to do and see within an hour of our camp.

Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks.
