Situated on a tidal creek & pond, the cottage feels like a semi-private oasis, yet it’s centrally located near multiple beaches like St Simons, Jekyll Island, downtown Brunswick, & FLETC. Relax on the screened porch or patio & take in the waterfront views, launch kayaks or paddle boards, and fish from the shared boat ramp—all just steps away from your front door. The cottage is next door to the main house near boat ramp.

Home Away From Home Hot Tub + Arcade

There is so much to love about this charming little house! It was built in 1905 and has many original features such as 11ft ceilings, hardwood floors and multiple built in fireplaces. Yet it also has a few modern day updates such as the fully stocked, island kitchen; the best of both worlds! You can enjoy your morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch and grill dinner under the string lights on the back deck where we have a cute, fenced in back yard! Just make yourself at home!

It's a Beauty! Forget your worries in this extremely well insulated charming home located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The hard wood floors in this 1900's refurbished home are spectacular. This beautiful cottage is walking distance to downtown and a short 10-min drive to the beaches. This place is exactly what you are looking for & has all the amenities. Super clean and new. Enjoy a relaxing swing on the porch and if you listen close, you might even hear a ship's horn in the distance.

Cottage House in Blackshear

Cozy & clean, the Cottage House has everything you need for a comfortable stay in beautiful Blackshear, GA! Located within the city limits, you are minutes away from Blackshear's local & chain restaurants in addition to the shops along Main Street. This is a wonderful place to stay whether you are in town for work, visiting family for the weekend, or just passing through! *No pets or smoking allowed. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if these policies are broken.

River Retreat

This is a truly special property is a country paradise with direct access to the Satilla River. Inside of the home provides large living space and an open kitchen. Both bedrooms offer attached baths and the loft is the perfect space for the kids. Built in the old south style, the kitchen is attached via a breeze way. The kitchen wing offers living space and bedroom. The main house offers living space, bedroom and loft. Guest must read and agree to the property waiver.

Watch evening sunsets, have cocktails on the dock or around the fire pit, enjoy boating the St Mary’s River, or bird-watching from the river room of this secluded space. The Cabin at The Old Parrott Place

The Cabin at The Old Parrott Place is ideal for one or two people to stay overnight or for a week. It's rustic, but clean and comfortable, has a king bed, a claw-foot tub, an outdoor shower, a microwave, toaster, small fridge and complementary coffee and tea. Rocking chairs on the porch allow you to spend a little time outdoors enjoying the country air or listening to the birds. *Please Note * There is NO WIFI.
