Open, bright, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, full bath, kitchenette w/microwave, fridge & toaster - no cooktop or oven. Screened porch overlooks garden. Cottage accommodates two 25+ year adults only, no visitors or pets (owner has severe allergy to dogs). No golf carts, parking for 1 vehicle unless prior arrangements made. ID required after booking. 14 stairs lead up to cottage, no elevator.

47 Steps to the Beach - Hot Tub Ocean Views!

For your pleasure, enjoy epic ocean views from the brand new balcony hot tub! Watch the sunrise and ships go by from your private oasis, or take 47 steps and watch them from the beach! BBQ with an ocean view then feast on the high top table with built in fire pit. Your house comes fully equipped to include a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and towels! Hit the beach and you're a 25 min walk to the pier, or a 2 min walk to view the light house from the sand. Pictures don't do justice!

Our cute and quaint family condo is right on the beach with an unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the view from the deck off the living room. Wake up to the view from the master bedroom window which also overlooks the beach. You will be close to everything on Tybee when you stay at our centrally-located condo. Several restaurants and shops are close by. The condo has a full kitchen and washer/dryer to make your stay even more enjoyable and convenient.

The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

There are no structures blocking your view as the land beside this condominium is owned by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources for bird and turtle nesting. This also means it is quiet with lots of nature nearby including deer on the beach.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Peaceful setting and super quiet neighborhood. Enjoy my amazing slice of heaven! Private, whimsical, side patio with charcoal grill, great front porch, and super quiet area. Yet, only 4 blocks to the beach & back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!

The Crooked Oak Cottage is a short walk to Historic Bluff drive which overlooks the intracoastal waterway. The Isle of Hope community has several crafts and art shows through out the year. The IOH Marina hosts monthly concerts, kayak rentals and local fishing charters. Crooked Oak is minutes from Wormsloe plantation, Tybee beach, Savannahs Downtown area and many other attractions.
