Fantastiskt sommarhus i skärgården i gammal stil

Charmigt skärgårdshus från 1930-talet med grönskande trädgård och sjötomt, bara 25 min från Stockholm med båt. Perfekt för den som både vill uppleva skärgårdsliv och ändå kunna utforska staden. Rummen är ljusa med fina möbler och moderna sängar. Från verandan har man en vacker utsikt över vattnet där det syns pittoreska hus och förtöjda båtar. Njut av ett morgondopp från bryggan och när kvällssolen strålar i trädgården på kvällen! Det finns inte många hus i skärgården att hyra som är så charmiga som det här - det känns som hämtat ur en Carl Larsson-målning från förr. Men det är inget museum utan ett fullutrustat sommarhus på Storholmen, bara 35 minuter med Vaxholmsbåt från Ropsten. Du har hela huset, trädgården och bryggan helt för dig själv. Vi kommer inte vara där under tiden, men finns alltid tillgängliga på telefon om du inte skulle fått hjälp av våra trevliga grannar. På Storholmen bor ca 250 familjer och det är en liten ö utan bilar. Färjan från Stockholm går varannan timme från tidig morgon till sen kväll. Här finns ingen mataffär men en bra restaurang med rimliga priser för det är trevligt att äta lunch. Maten handlar man i stan och tar med på båten vilket inte är särskilt jobbigt eftersom huset bara ligger några minuter från bryggan färjan anländer till. Du får även låna vår vagn. Waxholmsbolaget trafikerar Storholmen fem till sex gånger om dagen från Ropsten. Om du vill ha med dig bil är det i Ropsten du ställer den, eftersom det inte finns några bilar eller förbindelse med ön. Sista båten från Stockholm lämnar omkring 18.00 varje dag. The home boasts a mid-century modern aesthetic, wood finishes, soothing grays, a cozy fireplace, and a walkout to an outdoor dining room overlooking the backyard. Our house is located on Ingarö, Sweden’s 16th largest island. You will enjoy access to 180m² living area and all amenities you expect from a full size house. The main floor consists of a well equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom, 1.5 bath, small bedroom and open fireplace. Downstairs there's a large bedroom, 1 bath and a laundry room. The house is equipped with high speed internet, Bose sound system that covers the entire main floor and modern TVs in all large bedrooms. Around the house you have access to great outdoor areas with sun all day long. Enjoy the morning sun and a cup of coffee on the front porch and move on back to the backyard for dinner. You will have access to parking right next to the house. If you have any questions concerning the house or anything else, please feel free to contact us. There are several beaches, long stretches of smooth cliffs, and clear water all nearby. The home is close to Björnö nature reserve approximately 2 kilometers away, with a number of trails for walking or biking, camping sites, and wildlife. If you do not have your own car, public transportation works great. Use SL to plan your trip. The bus station closest to our house is called Klacknäset.

Wake up to the soothing sound of waves hitting the shore and enjoy your morning cup of tea or coffee as you take in the view of the archipelago outside your window. As you stay in a cute, detached, self-contained house near the ocean you are in the perfect place to relax and unwind, with amenities like a sauna, jacuzzi and seaside access for a swim in the inlet below. At your disposal you also have a barbecue and a kitchen with a fridge.In the summer you can relax on the patio with amazing view. The area is sprinkled with islands, forests, rocks and cliffs and make it the perfect place to relax and unwind, take a dip in the clean ocean water, grab the 2 SUP boards (Stand Up Paddle) and go for a ride, or head over to the nearby nature reserve Velamsund for some exploring or a visit to the little local restaurant. A 20 min walk will take you to Riset where you can catch ferries that take you to downtown Stockholm, or if you prefer to drive you will reach the city in 25 min.

Hytten er lokalisert med en nydelig utsikt ut over Bjørnafjorden, som er en fjord som i tillegg til å by på en vakker utsikt, også sørger for svært gode fiskemuligheter! Our Luxury Aurora-resort

The best part of our “Get-away-home” is the outdoor area. Located in the middle of the island with a hot tub and grillhouse on the beach. It's so peaceful to enjoy a bath, the silence and listen to the sea while the Northern Light makes the moment perfect. If it's a clear sky and Northern Lights are active you are in a perfect spot!

Close to water and the beach also fantastic tennis courts by the water. 15 minutes by train to Stockholm City and 30 minutes to Arlanda airport. 10 minutes walk to Sollentuna Centrum where you find restaurants and a lot of shopping.
