Spring Brook Farm is located in the historic village of Schoharie, New York, thirty minutes from Albany. Walk our 140 acre farm that meanders along the Schoharie Creek. Kayak, hike, or simply relax in a cozy chair in our screened porch. Our farmhouse is handicap friendly including zero entry, first floor daybed and a first floor handicap bathroom. Mill Pond Inn Deluxe Queen #2

The historic Mill Pond Inn was built in 1879 by the Mann Brothers, who ran a grain and sawmill. When David and Joan purchased the property in 2017, it had been abandoned for twenty-two years, but retained many of its original details. Today, the house features five rooms with private baths, a relaxing front porch, and a large back deck with stunning views of the mill pond. An event space for parties of up to 100+. On-Site Tavern & Restaurant is open Thursday-Sunday 10a-10p.

A broad staircase brings visitors 20 feet up in the forest clearing. Wildlife abounds and hiking trails wind throughout the property. First time guests will be greeted by owners and oriented to treehouse facility and the woodland experience. Guests will then be left to enjoy their privacy in this quiet, idyllic forest setting. Robes are provided for casual comfort to close out days and greet mornings.
