Summit View is a comfortable two bedroom lower unit situated on the west side of Seneca Lake offering spectacular views. It is located just one mile from downtown Watkins Glen and minutes from the Seneca Lake Wine, Beer and Cheese trails. It is a unique property as the local 9-hole golf course is located in our backyard. There is a serene creek and waterfall located on the property that is worth your exploration. The two bedroom lower unit comes with modern appliances, tv, wifi, and a patio.

Valley View Farm Retreat

Stay at a barn with all the modern comforts. Kids born 3/25/24. Views in three directions. Watch the sun rise or view the stairs at night. Amish made cabinets with quartz counters. Kitchen stocked with pans, dishes and utensils. Sheets and towels provided. Located in the countryside yet still just 15 minutes to Watkins Glen or Corning. Downstairs we have a small herd of goats that you can visit. Join us for evening chores or arrange a time to meet the goats. Apartment 1.

Take advantage of our fire pit, hike through the vineyards down to our beautiful creek, or drive down the hill for direct lake access in Smith Park. Room is very spacious for 2 but works for 4 with a pull out sofa.

A tiny house with the comforts of home. Single Bedroom stair free in-law suite with amazing sunsets and the feeling of being in the middle of the woods while still being close enough to enjoy a reasonable drive to some of the Finger Lakes best hiking trails, food, wineries and other destination locations. If you come in the winter you will want an all wheel drive vehicle if there is snow on the roads, but half a mile down the hill and you are on the state highway to the finger lakes region.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in a large canvas bell tent with a real, full size bed. Tucked into the woods, just a short distance from Watkins Glen and the Seneca Wine Trail. The shared modern bath house is a short walk from the site with running potable water and a shower. The property is off grid (no electricity) which means excellent star gazing! Linens are provided. The property is in walking distance to the Watkins Glen State Park. It has 3 bedrooms each with a king bed and 2 full bathrooms. The house has 1 smart tv and cable and WiFi internet. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, silverware, and drinking glasses. Guests can use the stove/oven, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, and dishwasher. Dishwasher detergent is provided as well as garbage bags. Please respect the no pets policy.
