Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations.
