This cottage has all the comforts of home including a new dishwasher, electric stove, garage, washer/dryer, a backyard grill, a storm cellar, and is located in an older, quiet neighborhood.

This property is located in a safe-working class neighborhood in the center of Snyder, just minutes away from local restaurants and shopping. This home was the childhood home to my husband, and many of the neighbors and their families that knew him as a child still live in the neighborhood! This newly renovated property offers garage parking (without garage door) for one vehicle and outdoor parking for another.

Cozy 2 bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood. This home is clean, charming and comfortable. Bedrooms have comfortable mattresses with linens, pillow and lamps. The living room has comfortable furniture for ample seating. This home has Smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms with cable, WIFI, internet and Blue Ray DVD Player. The utility room has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

The Stinson House

A perfect blend of historic and modern architecture that is conviently located on the courthouse square giving you quick access to local shopping, a coffeehouse, and local bars. Originally built in 1905 the property was renovated in 2019 but still preserved some of the existing features including some of the light fixtures located throught the building. Enjoy a fresh breeze of air while relaxing on the balcony which overlooks the Scurry county courthouse.

The Alley House

Enjoy a peaceful, restful stay in our cute little Alley House Getaway for up to 3 people. It’s a tiny 1 bedroom apartment with a queen bed, a loveseat that makes into a twin bed if needed, and 2 wall-mounted tvs. The kitchenette offers a coffee station, refrigerator/freezer, portable cooktop, and a microwave. The cabinets are stocked with all your cooking needs. The apartment includes 2 split ac/heating units for added comfort.

Spacious bedroom with queen bed, large sectional sofa, and en suite bathroom. What was once a recording studio is now a quiet room with no exterior lighting (night shift nurses - this is perfect!) Separate kitchenette also doubles as a sunroom with skylights, tile floor, and a workspace. Refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and pod coffee maker.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Only minutes from Walmart, but completely in the country! Outside you can observe the wildlife or watch the cattle as they graze.
