Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. The perfect match for a couple, but will also function very well for up to four persons. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, 3 single beds, 1 sofa bed and free wifi. You can use our sauna close to the fjord for free or enjoy hiking or skiing in the mountains and fishing in the fjord. The apartment is located on an Icelandic horse farm and we also offer horseback riding. Pickup from Tromsø airport available (45 min. drive).

Hytta ligger i Signaldalen ca. 110 kilometer fra Tromsø by. Ligger ved signadalselva, som er omgitt av høye fjell og mektig natur. Det er kort veg til høyfjellet for ski/toppturer/fotturer/jakt og nordlysopplevelser. Der er også scooterløype på vinterstid. Hytta har strøm, innlagt vann og badstu. Sengetøy og håndklær er inkludert Det finnes et godt utstyrt kjøkken med bl.a. komfyr, micro, brødrister og vannkoker. Nærmeste butikk (Hatteng) samt en grillbar ligger 6 km fra hytta .

Rolig og idyllisk småbruk med geiter og høns. Fint turterreng nært gården, og enkelt utgangspunkt for å utforske Senja. Mulig å leie naust med grillplass. The house was finished in 2019. We have choosen exclusive materials and design furniture. You’ll see that it’s made by heart. Helga, the host, lives in the house next door, and is readily available.
