Our house is near to the center of Reykjavik (8 min by car) but in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to a wonderful public swimming pool, grocery store and close to the sea and unspoiled nature good for taking scenic walks by the sea. A favorite spot to watch the northern lights. For the summer: There is a 9 hole golf course by the sea in a 1 min driving distance from our house. For the winter: Enjoy the northern lights from the hot tub on the private back terrace. 1 min walk to bus stop.

Í eigninni eru þrjú svefnherbergi, með 180, 160 og 120 cm rúmum, tvö baðherbergi, fullbúið eldhús og notalegt sameiginlegt rými. Í garðinum er heitur pottur sem er notalegt að slappa af í. Lítil ljósmengun er í hverfinu og norðurljósin sjást því oft úr garðinum yfir veturinn (september-apríl).
