Our guests' highest praises include private, quiet, serene, safe and secluded; attributes we're fortunate to claim We have no neighbors while being so close to so much. Newly remodeled, quiet and cozy guest house on a cul de sac. NO pets allowed under any circumstance. Great location close to shopping/restaurants, 4 miles to Gulf Blvd where you will find many beautiful beaches, Clearwater, St Pete etc. 1 Bedroom w/queen bed, and sofa bed in living room which pulls out to a queen bed. 2 TVs. Full kitchen with all the extras. Cable TV, WiFi, 1 private parking spot (can accommodate 2). Access to washer/dryer for stays 4 nights or more. Please no children under 8.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Enjoy swimming off the back deck, the ambiance of sitting on the many decks enjoying the beauty of the lake or just relaxing to watch the sunset. If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

There is a wide variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Also it is newly renovated including new appliances and furniture. In addition there is a private entry and fenced outside seating area that’s perfect to relax. For security the property has smoke detector and fire extinguisher. Pets are not allowed.

Cypress View River Barn is a cozy escape for 1-2 people. This guest house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. It is our strong intention to provide a quiet experience for both our guests and neighbors, so if you a looking for a place to party please seek a better fit.
