Hanover Haven is located close to all you need! Clemson University is only 3 miles away. There are 3 full grocery stores within 5 minutes. Lake Keowee access and marina all within 5 miles. The Gathering space is such a great place to have family fun! There are card games and large TVs with multiple streaming platforms. We are also working on a great outdoor space that will include a grill and sail shade ready for the summer. There is also an RV on the property that is an AirBNB with privacy.

In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Please note: Access to the dock involves a very steep descent, and the return hike can be challenging—best suited for active guests. Unwind in the private hot tub on the deck or gather around the cozy fire pit.

Private and serene, yet just 5 minutes to Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital—and only 13 miles to Clemson. The perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Minimum age to book is 25 years of age.

Shady Rest

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.

Getaway on Lake Hartwell: Pontoon Rental, Clemson

Our 3 bedroom house is located on Lake Hartwell and is just a 15 min drive to Clemson University. You can enjoy access to the dock and beach which are a quick golf cart ride away. We have paddle boards on the dock and kayaks, coolers, bagged ice, fishing poles etc upon request. Off the back of the detached garage there’s a furnished screened-in deck with a grill that overlooks the end of the cove and fire pit below.

The Carriage House at South Townville

Stay in a charming loft-style carriage house in historic downtown Seneca. This two-bedroom space comfortably sleeps 4 and features a full kitchen, private bathroom, and convenient washer/dryer combo. Enjoy walkable access to local shops, restaurants, and coffee spots, or take a short drive to Lake Keowee for boating and views, or visit Clemson University for games and campus events. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.
