Lake Hartwell house w/ dock 2 miles from Clemson.

This is a simple, comfortable, recently renovated (2019) home for Clemson fans and lake vacationers. Decor is vintage/antique. It is 3 1/2 miles to stadium entrance. We have a deep water cove with fire ring, decks, dock, and stairs to gangway, parking for 6 cars, woods and lake on 3 sides, a variety of restaurants nearby. Clemson Marina is 1 cove away. Clemson golf course is across the lake. We are PET FRIENDLY with a max of 2 dogs. There is a $75 pet fee. Read the house rules concerning pets.

Hanover Haven 3 BR/2 Bath

Hanover Haven is located close to all you need! Clemson University is only 3 miles away. There are 3 full grocery stores within 5 minutes. Lake Keowee access and marina all within 5 miles. The Gathering space is such a great place to have family fun! There are card games and large TVs with multiple streaming platforms. We are also working on a great outdoor space that will include a grill and sail shade ready for the summer. There is also an RV on the property that is an AirBNB with privacy.

In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Recently remodeled with over 3,000 sq ft of comfortable living space, this peaceful retreat is tucked away in a quiet cove. Enjoy a large, fully stocked kitchen, spacious private deck, and relaxing hot tub. The property includes 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards for exploring the cove. The path to the private dock is steep and best suited for active guests. Bringing a boat? A nearby public launch makes it easy to get out on the lake.

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.

Getaway on Lake Hartwell: Pontoon Rental, Clemson

Our 3 bedroom house is located on Lake Hartwell and is just a 15 min drive to Clemson University. You can enjoy access to the dock and beach which are a quick golf cart ride away. We have paddle boards on the dock and kayaks, coolers, bagged ice, fishing poles etc upon request. Off the back of the detached garage there’s a furnished screened-in deck with a grill that overlooks the end of the cove and fire pit below.

The Carriage House at South Townville

Stay in a charming loft-style carriage house in historic downtown Seneca. This two-bedroom space comfortably sleeps 4 and features a full kitchen, private bathroom, and convenient washer/dryer combo.
