Apartman Fili nalazi se u naselju Trbušnjak u vili Sunce. Vila Sunce je novogradnja, dovršena na kraju 2018. godine, te su stanovi potpuno novi i tehnički vrlo dobro opremljeni. Apartman je u potpunosti namješten, a ima c. 50 m². Iz dnevnog boravka izlazi se na predivnu terasu sa koje seže pogled na cijelo područje grada i susjednih otoka.
