Appartamento completo appena rinnovato all'ultimo piano di una villa indipendente con cucina, area soggiorno con divano letto, spaziosa camera da letto, bagno (doccia), angolo smart working e ampio terrazzo panoramico appena ristrutturato. Zona centralissima a 2 passi dai principali punti di interesse e servizi di Gaeta e a 5 min a piedi dal mare (spiaggia di Serapo). WIFI, TV, aria condizionata, lavatrice. Massimo 3 ospiti. Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

Villa Afrodite

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

L'appartamento si trova su una collina all'ingresso di Gaeta, dal suo grande terrazzo panoramico si può vedere tutto il golfo fino al Vesuvio e all'isola d'Ischia. Lontano dai rumori della città e della movida. Un ampio giardino con pini marittimi completa il parco del complesso residenziale. Posto all'inizio del tratto cittadino della via Flacca, l'appartamento consente di raggiungere rapidamente le spiagge più esclusive di Gaeta.
