It is situated on the edge of the village of Ozanköy, and is only a 10 minute walk from the beautiful Bellapais abbey. It features a private 10m pool and a lovely mature garden with all sorts of citrus, pomegranates, almonds , guava, mulberries, loquats and persimmon. The beach is only a 10 minute drive and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
