Grandpa's old workshop is ready to host anyone who wants to enjoy their privacy and relaxation on the almost private beach offered by the accommodation. A luxurious accommodation of 35-40 sqm (approximately 377-430 sq ft) with all modern amenities. It consists of 1 kitchen, 1 room with a double bed, two single beds in the living room and a WC. It is fully equipped with all comforts in a retro-vintage style.

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

Α beautiful Cycladic house , located on the rocks , only one meter from the sea ! Words are not enough to describe the view of the Agean sea ,Kamares bay and the unique location! The house is renovated since January 2022 and is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay .A balcony with amazing sea view and a yard with private access to the sea !. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .
