Covered deck offers excellent wildlife observation. Owners have large people-friendly dogs, so no pets allowed. In winter, 4WD vehicle or chains strongly advised.

Nestled on 2 acres this garage home is 1100 square feet on top of my garage. 3 bedrooms and one bath makes it cozy for large families and get togethers. 5 minute drive to the Lincoln boat launch or hike down to the Ol swimming hole (10 minutes down 20 minutes up!) we have a bbq and a large fire pit.
