Completely private and the guest space is separate from the main house, with keyless entry. Situated close to restaurants, beach, shopping centres and beautiful Shellharbour village. Also, small dog friendly (non-shedding only) but you MUST advise if you are bringing a fur Baby please. Also, be aware, there's no fenced yard, however the porch can be enclosed. 🎃 . Book 1st room for a couple (complete private house) & $25 every guest after (eg. 5 additional guest max) 7th guest has access to air mattress & linen.

Position Position Position!!! Kiama Aspect on Jones Beach is a wonderful beach front, property with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, it has panoramic ocean views. 100 metres from the beach. My husband says, "If you are holidaying at the beach - you must be able to see the water & not just a glimpse". Comfy King Coil mattresses- All bedding, towels, hand towels and bathmats provided. Privacy block out blinds, reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating NBN with free in house WI-FI. No Pets.

We have bikes, boogie boards, and paddle boards available. Then come back to relax in your own private oasis with a BBQ, lounge, and outdoor dining whilst taking in the sounds of the ocean.
