"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

Sa Bassa es una casa rústica Mallorquina para 10 personas, situada en las afueras de Calonge, a solo 3 km de Cala D’or. Sa Bassa tiene terraza alrededor de la piscina, césped, barbacoa cubierta con un baño. En la planta baja encontramos una habitación doble con baño y ducha en suite, salón con TV satélite, cocina y comedor y salida a la piscina. Arriba hay 2 habitaciones dobles y 2 con 2 camas individuales cada una comparten los 2 baños restantes, uno con ducha y el otro ducha y bañera.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.
