The lake and a boutique winery are a few minutes drive and the restaurants and activities of Salmon Arm are only a short drive. Relax and enjoy the view and amazing quiet. Featuring a family friendly space to enjoy the hot tub with outdoor patio and green space for playing games in the summer or utilize the drying room after a day enjoying the snow in the mountains during the winter. Centrally located in town with nice privacy on a cul de sac but mins to all the great amenities Sicamous offers. Close to the public beach with two paddle boards and two kayaks available for use. Short walk to the playground or many of the great restaurants available to enjoy.
