Located in Historic Mariposa, just a quick walk to downtown. Enclosed, private space with hot tub. This space offers 1 BR w/a king size bed, small closet, and double doors leading into a lovely, living space with a dining set, kitchen, living room w/electric fireplace, smart TV(where you can sign into your apps), DVD player, full bathroom, & washer/dryer.

Given the open concept design - there is not a lot of privacy between bedrooms, just a big bookcase room divider b/w the rooms. There are a few sitting area's outside and a green roof too! Shell Beach is halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles on California's Central Coast, which makes it the perfect stop for some wine tasting and outdoor adventure. Within walking distance there is a beach (best to visit at low tide), restaurants and coffee shops. My home is an original 1950s bungalow. Per guests requests, I made few upgrades — new windows, space heaters in every room and a dishwasher to boot!
