Our house is located only 70 meters from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the village center. Surrounding is peaceful with pine forest right next to the house. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, and the neighborhood. We recommend it especially for couples and families looking forward to a beautiful, relaxing and romantic holiday. We are situated in the very center of city of Rijeka, on the seafront only a minute walk to the main city promenade Corso. Bus and railway stations are just nearby. Quick and easy access to all kinds of cultural, tourist and all other town facilities; restaurants, shops, banks, post offices, museums, pharmacies... In the neighbourhood there is the town market and larger number of restaurants with varied cuisine. Parking is located directly in front of the entrance and is free for my guests

Uživajte u velikom bazenu površine 40 m² s integriranom masažom, okruženom ležaljkama i prostranom terasom opremljenom roštiljem i vrtnim namještajem s pogledom na more i prirodu. Vila je klimatizirana u cijelosti, svih 5 spavaćih soba te dnevni boravak imaju vlastiti klima uređaj (ukupno 6). Gostima su na raspolaganju i stanice za punjenje električnih vozila.

Studio Mara (24 m2) nalazi se u obiteljskoj kući u prizemlju u mjestu Klimno na otoku Krku. Sa terase se pruža lijepi pogled na more. Kuhinja, blagavaona i dnevni prostor se nalaze u jednoj prostoriji. Krevet je veličine 160x200. Pored studia se nalazi i 1 soba za 2 do 3 osobe( soba Mara 3 ),tako da postoji mogućnost kombinacije ako dolazi više osoba. Soba se iznajmljuje zasebno. Na terasi se nalazi sjedeća garnitura, ležaljke i suncobran.Parkiralište je u dvorištu.
