Die Wohnung liegt quasi direkt an der Langlauloipe und in der Nähe der Ski-Talstation Furtschellas in einer ruhigen Häusergruppe aus den 70er Jahren. Das Dorfzentrum und die Busstation sind zu Fuss erreichbar.
