A booking of 3+ guests is required to open the cabin to cover costs. Good access to to public transport, town centre and the outdoors. Located in a quiet neighbourhood with off road parking. Big garden getting the sun most of the day.

The property has an enclosed private garden and a shared driveway for 2 cars. Aviemore town and shops are a 10 min stroll down a lovely quiet lane, banked by views of the mountains and the Strathspey Steam Railway. The railway runs close to the bottom of the garden and is perfect for children (and adults !) to wave at the driver. One dog welcome

Close to cycle and walking routes and only 7 minutes walk into the town centre, it makes the perfect starting point for exploring the area. The Orbital Path is beside the house and takes you through the forest to the town centre. A patio with BBQ is a perfect place to enjoy the outdoors. Milton Burn flows along the boundary. Indoors you can enjoy the stove set in an open plan living area. Please note I live next door and on hand to help if you need; whilst leaving you in peace to enjoy your trip at the same time.
