My house has lovely views of Dempster Head Rock and the stunning cobalt waters of West Beach. Our street is quiet, just up the hill from the CBD, away from shops. Your unit is completely separate with large, beach style bedroom, sea views and white tiled large foyer leading to a kitchenette / laundry, then separate bathroom and enclosed patio with clothesline & BBQ . If you like total privacy you will not be disturbed, or if you would like to meet me I will enjoy sharing my local knowledge.

Our accommodation is set on 5 acres with bike paths and other activities. 3 kms from town and beaches. Has a decking with bbq area. Netflix available. Very cosy atmosphere fire for your winter break, also light and bright with a Esperance theme for your summer stay. We also have other listings to suit any dynamics on our property. This is a 2 bedroom house attached to existing house with 2 solid core doors separating. Has double carport. Laundry is shared with owner, has separate entrance.

Grass Tree Hill - Esperance

This comfortable, clean private retreat offers a bedroom with views and a gorgeous bathroom and living area. It is semi-detached with its own car park and entrance. Overlooks Lake Warden and is only 5 minutes from town. Beautiful retreat, close to ESPERANCE. You will be provided tea and fresh ground plunger coffee and there are simple facilities for you to make your own meals if you require. This recently built straw bale cottage on its own large block is the ideal cozy base for nature lovers and adventurers. The small but very comfortable, eco-friendly space with beautiful views in almost every direction is also perfect as a romantic getaway or quiet retreat for travellers. This unique home was a labour of love built by your hosts. It has all the wonderful atmosphere that lime rendered straw bale creates - undulating walls and deep windows overlooking the bushland.

The kitchen is well equipped & there are laundry facilities. Guests have undercover off street parking & private access to the flat, which is an easy strolling distance to the Esperance foreshore & shopping. Only a 5 min drive away from some of Australia's most beautiful beaches.

Our apartment is in a great spot, walking distance to the Quays, shops, and a great park and playground just across the road. You’ll love the convenient location, spacious layout, and private courtyard. It’s perfect for couples, solo travellers, business guests and families. Just note, this unit has a smaller courtyard-style yard. If you’d prefer more outdoor space with lawn for the kids, check out Unit 4 or Unit 5 if available. We look forward to hosting you.

Sunny family friendly townhouse

Enjoy your stay in Esperance in our cozy townhouse, which is located just 5min walk from the town center and 10min walk from the foreshore. Our house is family friendly with toys and a sandpit in the back yard. In the garage there is a bike and two off-road scooters (adult or child) for you to use (Please bring your own helmet). We can set up a travel cot for you if you let us know when booking. The house also has unlimited Wifi.

Esperance Shore House

A house a stones throw away from the foreshore and a small stroll into town. The Shore House feels like a home away from home and the perfect getaway for couples, friends or families. This beautiful house features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a fire place, reverse cycle airconditioning in both bedrooms & lounge, front and back yard and a laundry.

Two Storey, Three Bedroom Apartment 

Our largest self-contained apartments feature: 1x Queen Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, coupled with our open plan Lounge, Dining & Kitchen area are all upstairs. There is also a BBQ balcony, with outdoor furniture and views of Esperance Bay. The 2x Downstairs Bedrooms have the choice of either: King or Twin Beds, with another bathroom, separate toilet, laundry & garage.

The Cosy Corner

Our "Cosy Corner" (granny flat) is located at the back of our property, right in town—within easy walking distance to the city center and the foreshore. It features a queen-size bed, a kitchenette for basic cooking, and a private ensuite bathroom. The studio has its own separate entrance, though the backyard is shared with the main house.
