Pirica’s room was born in 2017. Is a new, cozy suite with an amazing bathroom and outside terrace with a stunning view to Atlantic ocean and Sintra mountain. Is set in the heart of picturesque village of Penedo * This suite is independent of our house, what allows to our guests have more privacy * In 2024 we decided to renovate and improve the interior space and also do a completely make over of all the house exterior spaces. We offer a peaceful and well decorated space, with lots of history!

A Luca Suite é uma lofty suite com uma casa de banho enorme, com uma kitchenette (NAO tem placa para cozinhar) decorada num estilo misto de antigo modernizado, muito conforto, assistido por um terraço enorme cheio de vegetação com vista magnificas. Tem um sistema de aquecimento permanente muito confortável. Tem Internet por fibra. Só para 2 pessoas. O acesso à suite se faz descendo uma escadinhas publicas ao lado da casa. Cães já NÃO são mais autorizados devido à experiências desagradáveis!!!

Fontanelas village is located in a 2min drive (1,2Km), where there are several restaurants, cafes, minimarket and pharmacy. The beach is located in a 3min (2,2Km) drive and Sintra center, 18min (10,9Km).

The container unit is private only for you. Its entrance is via the the subroom. This sunroom, as well as laundry space, garden and backoffice / storage space is shared with the other unit (2pax) Our local community also offers a small local beach bar, a pizza place and a micro brewery & hamburger restaurant.

There is no neighbourhood beyond the birds. Maximum 2 adults and 2 children.
