This home offers a Cal King bed in the upstairs bedroom, queen size beds in each of the 2 downstairs bedrooms, and an extra fold out queen size bed if needed. Freshly remodeled 980 sq. ft. single-family home in a quiet residential area, two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, stylish bathroom, and kitchen, with washer, dryer, TV, faux fireplace and gas barbeque. Fully furnished with all of the amenities that we could think of in hopes of making your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Have fun kicking back or visiting nearby Lava Beds, Tule Lake Wildlife Refuge, WWII Monument, etc. No hidden or additional host fees. Pets acceptable by approval.

Shasta is only 3 miles away. It is also conveniently located close to Lake Siskiyou and Mount Shasta Ski resort. There are nearby hiking and biking trails. Whether you just want to relax, and/or get out and see the beautiful Mount Shasta area, the Sugar Pine is a great place to be!

The kitchen is fully equipped and prepped to make any meal. The firm queen bed and firm pull-out sofa are extremely comfortable with cooling mattress toppers and pillowcase covers. It is a 4-minute drive from downtown, a quarter mile from the headwaters, and .2 miles walk to the Peace Garden.

Shasta City is a 8-10 min drive, and McCloud/Mt. Shasta Ski Park is just a 20-25 beautiful drive.
