The house maintains the exterior historic charm of the original house, but the inside is freshly renovated, stylish, spacious, and fabulous! The unit offers privacy for groups that may want some separation. One bedroom and bathroom are downstairs and the living area and another bed/ bath are upstairs. This unit is accessed from the back door, completely separate from the front unit.

It is a 4-minute drive from downtown, a quarter mile from the headwaters, and .2 miles walk to the Peace Garden.

Just five minutes from the downtown Yreka I-5 on-ramp, this is a private getaway just on the edge of town. Decorated with stylish mid-century modern inspired out-of-this-world decor (with some books about extraterrestrials believed to be in Northern California) we can’t promise views of anything other than Mount Shasta and our resident wildlife - numerous deer and wild turkeys and hares make our tranquil property home with the occasional fox to liven things up.
