It’s less than 5 minutes away from the sea and Megali Ammos Beach! In a strategic position and in a quiet neighborhood very close to the port of Skiathos (300m), the bus stop (number 4, 500m) and 2.3 km (on foot) to the airport. You can walk from there, if you travel light. It’s easier to grab a taxi.

Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Σκιάθου και η διαμονή σας θα είναι ξεκούραστη, αφού σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκονται τα καραβάκια, που θα σας μεταφέρουν στις φανταστικές παραλίες του νησιού. Επίσης, κοντά βρίσκεται η στάση των αστικών λεωφορείων και η κεντρική οδός Παπαδιαμάντη, όπου είναι η αγορά. Στον παράλληλο δρόμο ακριβώς κάτω από το χώρο, βρίσκονται οι καφετέριες και τα εστιατόρια.

Great view apartment near Plakes

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται 15’ από το λιμάνι της Σκιάθου και 5’ με τα πόδια από το κεντρικότερο δρόμο του νησιού, την οδό Παπαδιαμάντη. Η πιο κοντινή παραλία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 7’ με τα πόδια και είναι η μεγάλη άμμος. Είναι ιδανικό για όσους θέλουν να επισκεφθούν την Σκιάθο για λίγες μέρες έχοντας αυτή την υπέροχη θέα. Επίσης το διαμέρισμα απέχει 5’ από τον περιφερειακό δρόμο του νησιού, όπου κάνεις μπορεί να πάρει το λεωφορείο και να επισκεφτεί όλες τις διαθέσιμες παραλίες που τις συνδέει.

If you want to discover Skiathos, and stay in a comfortable, central place our studio is the best choice! Located in the center restaurants, bars and clubs are all accessible by foot. You’ll be located 800 meters away from the closest beach, but also only 500 meters away from the bus stop. We provide a studio, with a modern but cozy interior. Kitchen appliances such as fridge, stove and kettle can be found, as well as kitchenware - dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery - to accommodate your needs.

Charming Studio in the Heart of Skiathos

2Skiathos is located in a quiet residential area yet only minutes on foot from the Old Port and Papadiamantis Street. A supermarket, restaurants and coffee shop are all moments from the studio - everything you need for a relaxing stay on this beautiful island! Unfortunately, I must add a climate resilience tax of €8 per night, up from the previous €1.50. This tax is paid directly to the Greek Authorities, and supports efforts to protect the environment. Thank you for your understanding.

"Skiathos House" Two-room apartment 33 s.m.

Situated in the center of Skiathos town 80 meters from the main pedestrian street of the town behind the post office, a quiet apartment of 33 s.m. on the 1st floor with balcony and garden view, it consists of two seperetes rooms, the one with a single bed and the kitchen with the dining table, the other with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The guests have the opportunity to relax in the beautiful garden of "SKIATHOS HOUSE".

Me and my family are excited to welcome you to our summer apartment! The house is located in the town of Skiathos, in an ideal position close to the sea, the bus station (10 min walk), and the port of Skiathos (5 min walk), which is the heart of the island. The apartment is a recently renovated, lovely semi-basement, with plenty of space to welcome up to four people and a beautiful garden, just in front of the house, with an incredible view of the sea!
