It is also an hour jaunt to some popular ski areas, including Loveland Ski Resort and Winter Park. This suite includes an upgraded bathroom with a spa-like shower. Bedroom accommodation features a queen sized pillow top mattress, and TV with Roku. You'll also have your own dining space and kitchenette.

No-frills but Cozy 1-bed in an older home’s front section, Denver’s Highlands, across from Highland Park. Dated charm, old but functional fixtures, incl. a kitchenette in a shared kitchen. Steps from the bus, it’s a quick trip to downtown and major entertainment spots, with restaurants and breweries just a short walk away. Ideal for a night or short stay, No 3rd-party bookings, Clean & Sober Living no drugs/alcohol/parties. Must be 21+ ID checked—book for a simple, calm stay!

4.0 Miles to downtown Denver. A small studio house with a full kitchen and small bathroom. Walking distance to the lightrail station, and Sloan's Lake. While the house is nothing fancy, it is comfortable, close to downtown and a close drive to the mountains. The neighborhood is not particularly walk friendly to restaurants and bars, but a very quick Uber to the city. A couple of my favorite places close by are Westfax Brewing and US Thai. 4/20 friendly outside house.

Cozy cottage near the lake

Keep it simple at this centrally-located cozy tiny house. Private entrance on side of house with your own fenced in area. Across the street from a park and 3 minutes to the lake. This is affordable yet close to down town. You can walk, use public transit or rent a scooter, or Uber. 2 twin beds! Checkin is 4pm or later only. We are close by if you need anything. Sorry no cats. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, iron, and patio.

Nice and clean guest apartment with sectional sofa sleeper has a memory foam mattress, queen bed, 50" ultra smart TV with Netflix and free Wi-Fi, coffeemaker. Completely separate entrance through dedicated front door and completely separate living space. Full furnished kitchen and full bathroom. Good location on quiet dead-end street. Close to Downtown Denver, Edgewater, Sloan's Lake, The Highlands, shopping, food,  restaurants, Red Rocks, Rocky Mountains.

Base rate is double occupancy, small charge ($10) for each additional guest. Off street parking for two cars right at the door.
