Bright, newly-built studio with unobstructed ocean views of Spittal Pond Nature Reserve and the ocean. One-mile to South Shore beach (John Smith's Bay) and walking distance to grocery store. A bus stop is located directly outside this property, heading into Hamilton or the East End. There is a galley-style kitchen and outdoor table and chairs for two. It includes Wi-Fi, Netflix, washer and dryer, queen size bed and AC. While it is attached to a private residence, guests have their own entrance.

Life is frittered away in details. Enter our unit and life will be immediately simplified. This one bedroom unit is quaint and just enough for a couple or 3-4 people to enjoy. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located unit. 3 minutes from the bus stop. 12 mins to the grocery store and 20min walk to John Smiths Bay. Twizzy, 4 wheel bike, can be rented from Current Vehicle's location at The Loren which is a 5 min drive and we can shuttle you there if the car is available.
