Dotato di parcheggio interno cintato non custodito. La camera si trova su un soppalco chiuso al quale si accede attraverso una comoda scala a chiocciola. Lo spazio sotto è una zona giorno accogliente che permette di lavorare, rilassarsi, bere un tè o una tisana.
