This 3 -bed, 2- bath main house features an expansive deck, separate cottage and unparalleled river views. Catch Sockeye at the house approx. July 17-Aug 7, quantity varies each year. Check info for Silvers (late Aug - mid Sept) and trout before booking. The River House is the perfect basecamp near open-water fishing in Seward (2hrs) or in Homer (1.5 hrs).

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Dressed in Scandinavian style, this small house feels spacious and comforting. It has all the amenities: fully equipped kitchen supplied with breakfast options, Wi-Fi , as well as a washer/dryer and heated garage. It’s one block from the hospital, three blocks from the high school, and easy walking distance to the library, Beemun’s, Safeway, and the Soldotna Creek Park, just to name a few places. No smoking please.

Poppy Ridge House

Your family will enjoy our 2100 sqft home located in a quiet neighborhood with a fenced backyard. The house is a short drive from the Kenai River and right around the corner from a few restaurants, a local bar, and a grocery store. There is also plenty of parking for a travel trailer or boat. We can also provide guided fishing tours through our outfit “The River Crew” that fishes on both the Kenai and Kasilof Rivers. If you are interested, let us know!

There is parking in the heated garage with room for additional vehicles in the driveway or on the quiet street out front. Cook State Park, and countless adventures. This location is a great jumping off point and features close access to fishing at the world famous Kenai River just a few minutes away. The cross-country skiing in town is excellent in season.
