Gångavstånd till flera matbutiker, restauranger & apotek. 10 min promenad till Järvafältets naturreservat & en visningsgård med får, grisar, kor, getter, höns & hästar

Guest house close to the water and near Stockholm.

A modern guesthouse (2014) where you can sleep at night and work during the day. Pentry kitchen with fridge and bathroom with shower. You can access places such as Kista, Sollentuna, Solna and Stockholm City from the bus stop 450 meters away. Edsviken (fjord) is only 200 meters away where you can swim during summer and ice skate during winter. In the area you will find a local bakery, a lunch place, tennis courts, gym, a shopping center and more. One bicycle is included, basic standard.

A nice and cozy apartment of 25 kvm in Norrviken, Sollentuna, 20 km north of Stockholm City. Convenient distance also to the airport (20 km south of the airport). Close to (10 minutes walk) the trainstation (pendeltåg) which takes 15 minutes directly to the airport and 20 minutes to Stockholm City. Situated in a nice villa area with a big garden. A foodstore is located by the trainstation as well as a deli. A thai/sushi restaurant, a pizzeria and an indian restaurant real close.

Cozy stuga in a popular neighborhood in Sollentuna. The Väsjön ski slope is on 1km walk and Roslagleden passes the area. Rösjön nature reserve is right next door and and Tornskogen is a 10 min walk. It is a one room stuga with a double bed (160cm) and a sofa bed (140x200). There is wifi and a small television with a chromecast. In the hall there is a double wardrobe. A modern and spacious kitchen with dishwasher, hub, oven, fridge and freezer and microwave.

Our guesthouse is located between Stockholms international airport (Arlanda ARN) and Stockholm. 5 minutes walk will take you to the commuter train which takes you to downtown Stockholm in less than 25 min. The neighbourhood is quiet and peiceful. There are two golf courses nearby and a freshwater lake. 3 Bycycles are available to let. Restaurant and a grocery store is just around the corner.

Vi hyr ut en trivsam och välplanerad vindslägenhet i Helenelund, Sollentuna. Mycket bra kommunikation. 300 m till Helenelund station. 10 minuter till City. Bussar och T-bana Kista. Bostaden är cirka 40 kvm. Den har egen ingång och parkering på tomten, vilket ger ett privat och avskilt boende.
